The strategy begins with an incrementally phased 5.29-acre mixed-use development and scales through the formation of a Qualified Opportunity Fund to assemble up to 40 acres, activate regional mobility and landmark attractions, and deploy a new generation of regenerative urban infrastructure across the district.
